General Questions

1. Which is the best way to get to Mare Nostrum Hotel from the airport? Any good conections?

Our connections with the airport and the city centre are very good. We have a bus stop right in front of the hotel. Line 10 goes from airport to Ibiza Centre and runs every 20 minutes. To get here you must stop at Ibiza Centre. Line 14 runs every 20 minutes and stops at the door of the hotel; its route is through the center of the city as well as Figueretas and Platja d´en Bossa. Eivissa  (Ibiza) - Airport  (line 10B) From March 30th until October 31st   Regular line that runs every 20 minutes from 6 am until 12 am Airport – Eivissa (Ibiza) (line 10B) From March 30th until October 31st Regular line that runs every 20 minutes from 6:20 am until 12:20 am   Eivissa (Ibiza) – Playa d’en Bossa (line 14) Operating on the 1st of June until the 30th of September  Regular line running every 20 minutes ( in May and October every 30 minutes)  From 7 am until 11:40 pm   Playa d’en Bossa – Eivissa (Ibiza) (line 14)  Active from the 1st of June until the 30th of September Regular line running every 20 minutes ( in May and October every 30 minutes) From 7:20 am until 11:40pm

2. Would it be possible to provide a cot in the room?

Yes, I will add your request in your booking and send it to the hotel. Cot is free of charge

3. Can we order any transport from the airport to the hotel?

Unfortunately we don’t arrange any transport for our customers.

4. Are the bed-clothes and the towels included?

Bed linen, change of towels and room-cleaning are included in our prices.

5. Can we have an extra bed for two nights in our double room?

Unfortunately it is not possible to have an extra bed in your double room.

6. Just to advise you that we will be landing in the early hours of the morning, Is it still ok to check in our rooms?

Yes, your late arrival is not problem, we have a 24 hours reception so there is always somebody to give you the keys from your room.

Hotel Reservation Questions

7. Would I be able to pay in full by Visa card?

Yes, you can pay in full by Visa card. At the reception in the hotel you can pay the rest of your amount by cash or by credit card when you arrive.

8. Please, could you cancel my reservation, I have booked it through some other agency.

We can not cancel your reservation booked with some other agency, please, contact them to do this for you.

9. What is the check in time and the check out time?

Check- in time for your room is from 2:00 p.m. on. On the day of departure, your room must be empty before 12:00  o’clock. If you arrive before check- in time, a luggage-room can be used without any extra cost until your room is ready. If you wish a late check- out, please consult the reception at least one day in advance, in view of availability and costs.  

10. Is it possible to rent a car from the Hotel and how much does this cost per day?

You get all the information about renting a car at the reception in your Hotel, it should cost about 50 €per day, it depends, what kind of car you would like to rent etc.
